For reference mine was I was so mad at the canon ending for my favourite character in an otome game that I wrote fanfic to fix it

Realising I should have included self insert especially because technically I guess my actual first fanfic was self insert sailor moon fic but I don't count that because that was my middle school gay yearning and I burnt it all and never showed anyone else and I tend to think of fanfic as a shared activity

(my OC died a lot in Sailor Mercury's arms)

Summary:

When the mating season comes, and their respective partners are unavailable, Enid Sinclair and Tyler Galpin find themselves in the middle of an indecent proposal (one planned by Wednesday and endorsed by Ajax) and agree to spend their heat together. Although reluctant at first, they are soon stuck in a losing battle against their hormones.

But what happens when they start enjoying themselves too much, or worse, catching feelings for each other?
